Once the command is executed, give time for the template to download from the website Office.com. When the template is successfully downloaded on your computer it will automatically open in Access.

Step 5
Click the Enable content’ button located at the top part of the monitor if elicited to do so.

Step 6

Go to the Employees List’ in the new payroll software database and click it. From there you can enter the name, payrate information and email address for every employee in the data entry form displayed.

Step 7

Click Work Hours List’ tab. Key in the information on times and date worked by every employee. Pick the name of an employee from the drop-down list. Visit the calendar button displayed on the form to choose the actual date worked and enter start and end period for the shift of different employees.
